Staff Safeguarding CPD
All staff should complete appropriate safeguarding and child protection training
which is regularly updated. In addition, all staff will receive safeguarding and child protection updates (for example, via email, e-bulletins and staff meetings), as required, and at least annually, to provide them with relevant skills and knowledge to safeguard children effectively.
All staff are actively encouraged to take ownership of their own safeguarding knowledge to ensure that they are well informed of any new guidance and legislation. This can be done through The ‘Safeguarding All’ e-learning platform, which provides free online safeguarding courses. Once staff have registered, they will have access to all available online training.
